To check the status of a Vestalife order, simply provide your Reference Number and Verification Data.

General Returns Policy

  • You can return an item within the first fifteen (15) days for any reason.
  • In order to receive a refund or a replacement, all products must be unused, including all original materials and enclosed in their original, undamaged boxes.
  • It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product.
  • The cost of returning an item to us is not covered.
  • To return your product send an email to support@vesta-life.com to receive an RMA number.
  • Please include your RMA number with your return.
