Vestalife, LLC's Ladybug Speaker Dock for iPod Wins Prestigious CES Innovation Design and Engineering Award
Irvine, CA — November 13, 2007 — Vestalife, LLC today announced the company has won a prestigious CES Innovation Design and Engineering Award for its Ladybug speaker dock for iPod. The award was announced at CES's Unveiled NY Press Preview in New York.
The Ladybug is a new, award—winning speaker dock for iPod designed for the tween, teen and Generation X consumer markets, featuring a 2.1 amplified speaker system and a built-in subwoofer.
"We wanted to create a fun, innovative design that was different from the rest of the iPod speaker market," stated Myk Lum, Co—Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Vestalife. "We built the Ladybug to break out from the traditional design vocabulary currently used in many competitors' products, and appeal to the untapped tween and teen markets in this space. These savvy, young consumers are looking for unique products that look and feel different from what's out there today."
The Ladybug has 'speaker' wings that fold down, intuitive controls, LED volume level indicators, a metallic soft—touch rubber finish, and excellent sound quality to create an emotional product experience specifically targeted to its unique demographic.

and will be available in retail locations in the first quarter of
